These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of aeroessence.com (the “Site”) and any purchase you make from Aero Essence LLC (“Aero Essence”, “we”, “us”). This page is editable placeholder content and should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before publication. By placing an order or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

We may decline or cancel an order at our discretion — including for suspected fraud, payment authorization failure, pricing or stock errors, or inability to ship to your address — in which case any payment taken will be refunded in full.
All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated and added at checkout where required. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor at the time you place your order. By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and you authorize us (or our processor) to charge the full order amount.
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier delivers the package to the address you provided. If a package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, see the Shipping Policy for how to file a claim.
Returns are governed by our 30-Day Return Policy. Refunds are issued to the original payment method as described there.
The SR100 Air Purifier carries a 1-year limited manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. It does not cover normal wear on filters, cosmetic damage, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorized modification, or commercial use beyond normal residential operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this is the only warranty Aero Essence provides. All other warranties, express or implied — including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement — are disclaimed.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Aero Essence, its officers, directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or use, arising out of or related to the Site, the products, or these Terms — even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the smallest extent permitted by law.
All content on the Site — including the “Aero Essence” name and logo, the SR100 product design, photography, copy, and code — is owned by Aero Essence LLC or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use the Site in any way that is unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or disruptive — including but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access, scraping the Site without permission, or interfering with other users.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the products shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in [COUNTY, STATE], and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
